While it’s complimentary to git, gh squashes a bunch of otherwise confusing checkout and pull commands and makes the interface much cleaner. A majority of the work that I do in the office (answering email, editing docs, making slides, etc.) was not a problem, and I really didn’t notice much of a difference. But then, someone asked me for a code snippet, and I froze. I’ve made lots of terrible (mostly chat) apps to showcase various Firebase/Google features, but never had time to build a personal site. I love tech, but I also try to have hobbies outside of work: among them cooking, mixology, travel, and the outdoors.
